Which details reach Meritto?
Each lead includes the student's name, mobile number and email, the course level and specialisation they chose, and WhatsApp as the source. When the student came from a campaign, the campaign and medium are included too.
What happens if a student is already a lead in Meritto?
Meritto decides, using your institute's own duplicate settings: mobile number, email or both. NeuronCx sends the lead, and Meritto treats it the same way it treats any other source.
How does the Meritto integration connect?
NeuronCx sends leads through the Meritto API. Your institute switches NeuronCx on as a lead partner in Meritto, shares its course lists, and can set daily lead limits and campaign dates there. Nothing needs to be installed on your servers.
